MANAGING DIRECTOR, SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS
JOB PURPOSE:  Responsible for the management, operation and overall appearance of the Solid Waste Complex buildings and grounds.  This includes the landfill, material separating facility, maintenance, leachate pretreatment and storage and other solid waste processing facilities.  Must work directly with administrative and operational staff in coordinating activities of the Solid Waste Complex personnel in their daily duties.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  Ensure that personnel under his/her supervision perform their various functions in an accurate, safe and responsible manner; Responsible for the administration of Solid Waste Complex projects, budgets, personnel and improvement programs; Provide mon
