Job Summary The Loudoun County Department of General Services is pleased to announce an opening for the Waste Management Division Manager for Landfill Operations at our Solid Waste Management Facility, situated just south of the historic town of Leesburg, Virginia. This position oversees the landfill operations and associated engineering and environmental programs.
