Creates, plans, organizes, implements, manages, and promotes integrated solid waste and recycling outreach and education programs and household hazardous waste (HHW) collection to achieve the department’s goals and objectives.  Essential Functions: Develops, implements, and manages specific processes and programs for recycling, reusing, and reducing municipal solid waste.
