This position is responsible for the management of Financial Services, including the accounting, budget, investment/trust and weighstation functions of the Authority; overseeing all financial audits; budget planning, development and document preparation; investment and safeguarding of financial assets; compliance with the Indenture of Trust; billing, collection and handling of all revenues; payroll administration and compliance with state and federal laws; and payment of invoices for all goods and services received by the Authority.
