PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and written communication. Limited field work required.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in biological/physical sciences, environmental pollution control, conservation of natural resources, environmental engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years professional work experience in the operation, permitting, and/or enforcement of regulatory agency rules and regulations pertaining to solid waste management facilities.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. Florida Professional Engineer License preferred.
