Senior Environmental Specialist III
Under the general guidance of the Senior Manager of Environmental Affairs, the Senior Environmental Specialist will be responsible for: Oversee and manage environmental permitting activities for a large number of electric power generation and construction projects for AES United States.  Monitor and participate in developments and actions related to regulations, public policy and litigation that can affect AES.  Provide detailed guidance to operations and upper management.       Development and implementation of procedures & policies to ensure compliance with existing and proposed environmental regulations. Interface with regulators and other governmental agencies to resolve conflicts and respond to questions regarding AES operations.
