Assistant Professor in Surface Processes (tenure-track)
The Department of Earth and Climate Sciences at Tufts University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Surface Processes, beginning September 1, 2024. The successful candidate will: 1) teach three courses per year, including a required major course in Surface Processes and a new upper-level course(s) in the candidate’s field of specialty relative to Earth and Climate Sciences; 2) perform high-quality, externally funded, research in their area of specialty.   Qualifications include: a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences or related fields and demonstrated potential for research supported by external funding.
