Environmental Specialist (New York) Ensure district compliance with Federal, State, & local regulations related to hazardous materials in each real estate development project; Conduct researches & examine sources of pollution for potential real estate development projects; Propose ways to eradicate pollution & hazardous to ensure regulation compliance; Incorporate different disciplines of environmental studies such as ecology & natural sciences to researches which help the company to explore more potential projects; Observe & collect samples of food, soil, water, & air and conduct studies and reports about environmental conditions in order to analyze the potential locations of future projects; Conduct field inspections by recording & correction & report hazardous locations & materials in order to support the steady development of real estate projects; Coordinate with regulatory agencies about matters of pollution & hazards to trace the project process before the closing day; Maintain records related to environmental complaints & data of permits, inspections, & researches done to avoid potential environmental problems in real estate projects.
