Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or related field, plus eight years of progressive experience complying with and interpreting of environmental regulations. Two years experience in a senior leadership role. Experience working with the CDHPE, EPA, or other regulatory agency. Excellent organizational, managerial, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate interdepartmental efforts. Desired QualificationsMaster's degree. Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations. Thorough knowledge of regulatory agencies, processes, and procedures.
