This is technical and managerial work supporting the division manager by providing a broad scope of services related to water distribution and metering operations. This position is responsible for providing technical direction to field staff who install, operate, repair and replace water distribution lines and metering facilities, as well as assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, productivity analysis, and personnel management. Work is directed and reviewed through the establishment of goals and subsequent evaluation of progress toward goal attainment.

Required Experience and Training:
Graduation from a four-year college with a degree in civil engineering, business or public administration, or a related field. Engineering, managerial and/or administrative experience in a municipal environment preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
