Under general direction, assists Director in overall management of the Department of Waste & Renewables and supervision of all personnel. Serves as the acting Director in the Director's absence and performs related work as required.
The Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables in Madison, Wisconsin is recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE) position. The Eligibility List created will be used to fill future vacancies over the next six (6) months. Starting hourly rate of $44.60 with further increases to $57.90, plus excellent benefits including fully paid dental and HMO health insurance premiums for full time employees. The County will also provide contributions towards Point of Service (POS) health insurance premiums, retirement, and short-/longterm disability.
