Function: Under general direction of the Operations & Facilities Director, responsible for the continued development and implementation of LOTT's Strategic Asset Management Program (SAMP). This includes facilitating the establishment of processes and procedures to capture, organize, and analyze relevant information for optimizing the selection, utilization, performance and lifespan of LOTT's assets and facilities.
Essential Functions: Typical duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or mechanical engineering, business administration, urban planning, geographic information systems (GIS), computer sciences or a related field. Four years of Asset Management specific work experience in a comparable industry, utility, or public works operations environment preferred. Experience with Mainsaver or similar CMMS desired.
Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License within 30 days from date of hire. Must participate in LOTT’s Health and Safety Program.
