AlexRenew, a premier water resource recovery enterprise, is seeking an experienced Leader in Environmental Policy and Performance to lead the development and management of overall organizational regulatory compliance and cross functional environmental programs and projects. You will: serve as a one stop shop to advise our non-environmental teams on environmental considerations; provide leadership, management for environmental programs to include pretreatment, sustainability, laboratory, regulatory and operational performance to deliver results under time pressures and with complex deliverables, including audit and quality processes; present project plans for approval by executive team and manage cross functional teams to deliver against stated goals; follow national and international trends in water resource recovery and share opportunities for organizational leadership in implanting utility of the future ideals. A keen understanding of environmental regulations, pollution prevention, environmental management systems, environmental policy development and implementation and watershed management is important to this role.

Additional requirements include strong analytical and critical thinking skills, superb communication and interpersonal skills, poise when confronted with sudden setbacks, ability to make decisions with 80% information, thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quickly, creative and analytical problem solver, and consistent track record of project management and engineering.
