Plan, schedule, coordinate work assignments; track and report maintenance program activities; share responsibility with and reports to Maintenance Mgr; liaison between operations & maintenance; facilitates effective and efficient execution of work; coordinate information, staff, materials, equipment and all necessary resources to complete work; establish & supervise inventory controls; develop & implement PM schedules & SOPs; CMMS reporting.
Supervisory responsibility over the Inventory/Records Specialist to ensure that parts, supplies, lubricants, services and other resources are available, accounted for and replenished, as needed.
Have a certification of completion from an approved secondary education institution with a technology, electrical or mechanical major or emphasis. Such formal education may be from a technical college, a university or other educational facility. Individuals with documented work experience, licenses, apprenticeships, or other evidence of abilities may be allowed to substitute relevant work experience for formal education; however, preference shall be given to applicants with formal education. Experience with CMMS and Maintenance Programs shall be favorably considered, when documented.
Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent college or technical school; or 3-5 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience planning, scheduling, defining, maintaining and repairing of wastewater treatment facilities or comparable mechanical/electrical/processing systems.
Work experience may be substituted for formal education.
Must possess & maintain valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record.
