GENERAL SUMMARYThe District Manager (DM) serves as Executive Secretary to the Administrative Control Board (ACB) and reports to the Administrative Control Board. The DM manages all aspects of District Business. The DM directs and supervises all operations at District facilities, as well as all programs and services provided by the District. The DM is responsible for compliance with the District’s Charter, Management Plan, Board Policies and Procedures, and all state permits. The DM provides a wide variety of administrative and supervisory duties in order to operate and maintain the District’s facilities and program. This position is evaluated annually by the ACB.
