The A&WMA Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for young professionals and students to connect with experienced professionals in the Association. Once connected, mentees and mentors can establish goals to learn about the industry, share career knowledge, discover opportunities within A&WMA, and more.

To get started, all mentors and mentees must fill out their registration form. Mentees can then search for available mentors, and approved mentors can respond to mentee requests. Mentors are reviewed and approved weekly.

All Mentoring Program participants are highly encouraged to attend the Young Professional Mentor Breakfast at A&WMA’s Annual Conference & Exhibition in June.
