Applicants must have completed a B.S. in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a M.S. and/or Professional Certification (e.g. PE) are preferred. This position is responsible for developing and delivering air quality and other environmental engineering services to private industry and government clients. Duties will include air permit applications, regulatory compliance, emissions calculations, air quality computer modeling, Title V compliance, project management, and technical report writing. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with Federal and State air permitting and regulatory requirements (preferably including experience working within USEPA Region V jurisdiction). Preferred applicants will have knowledge of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, petroleum refining or chemical plant operations, business development, and proposal preparation. Other duties include assisting with building a team to provide air permitting support in the Ohio region. Excellent technical writing, client management, and Microsoft Office computer skills are required. This position will require a clean driving record and a commitment to safe operations.
