Qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field is required.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience as technical lead in technical report writing, preparation, analysis and modeling in support of regulatory permit applications and environmental reviews, for solid waste management facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, public/commercial facilities, and/or state agencies.
Experience with air quality dispersion models used for regulatory applications, including SCREEN3, ISTSC3, AERMOD, CALPUFF and CTSCREEN.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel (highly proficient), Word, and Outlook) are required.
Demonstrated expertise of major state and federal regulatory programs related to air emissions including Title V, MACT/RACT, PSD, NSPS, NESHAPS and air quality permitting and compliance services in general.
Excellent business development skills.
