SCS Engineers is seeking an individual who would be responsible for developing and directing the industrial hygiene practice in the Southwest Region, which includes California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. The job would include business development/client contact, preparation and review of proposals, project management, and oversight of staff involved in industrial hygiene or building sciences projects. The candidate must possess a license as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) issued by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. A license as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals is also desired. Candidate must maintain a chargeability ratio as negotiated in annual personnel goals. It is preferred that the candidate be based out of our Long Beach Headquarters but they also could be based in our San Diego, Sacramento or Pleasanton office.
