The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, a progressive public utility, is seeking a Materials Coordinator. This position will assist with the operation and oversight of the District’s warehouse by maintaining physical control over stock, the location of items, and the receipt and issuance of parts and supplies for all departments/divisions of the agency. The incumbent will organize and maintain the warehouse, makes deliveries, and serve as an information source to District personnel regarding materials operations and various equipment and mechanical parts stocked and requested.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of one year full-time experience in warehousing operations and inventory control in a mechanical, industrial, wastewater, or other similar environment.
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
Licenses and Certificates:
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out of state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.
APICS, ISM, or NIGP certification desirable.
