This position oversees an operating budget of $23 million and manages a staff of approximately 153 full time positions across 11 operational units that are the customers' and community’s first contact with EBMUD.

The annual salary is $160,056 up to $231,180. Initial placement within the range is based upon qualifications. Appointment is typically made at or below the control point ($208,068 per year).

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration (or related field) and significant management experience in the delivery of customer and community services for a public utility or comparable organization.
