Will assist in the operation and maintenance of the Metropolitan Council Environmental Service Division's eight wastewater treatment plants located in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metro area. Will be assigned to assist managing plant staff in daily operations, maintenance activities, and special projects. This role provides leadership, guidance, and technical support to the Process Business Unit to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
BA in environmental science, biology, engineering, or related field; and five (5) years of experience in wastewater treatment or related field including two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
License Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Class B MN Wastewater Operator's license.
