Education and/or experience:Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years experience relevant to essential job functions in a supervisory/managerial position required. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis. Licensure and/or certifications:Must possess a valid driver's license.
